Tallest office tower under construction in Canada nears huge milestone in Toronto

Toronto's skyline is being transformed by the CIBC Square office complex, featuring a 50-storey tower at 141 Bay Street, currently the tallest commercial project in Canada. This second phase, nearing structural completion, mirrors the first phase's design and utilizes a steel skeleton. At 241.4 metres, it will become Toronto's seventh-tallest building and enhance connectivity between the Financial District and South Core with new pedestrian pathways. CIBC Square marks a significant addition to the city, with no similar projects anticipated soon due to declining office demand.
